So here's an etiquette question for everyone.

I know who this week's Man of the Week is going to be. Is it bad form to share the link on Wednesday on Facebook, where this particular person may or may not have just approved my friend request?

Should I message him and let him know? Not post to Facebook? Pick someone else?

Alright, points all taken. I will go with a backup plan for this week and then use this week's intended sometime in the new year. :)
